It does happen from time to time that all officers happen to have real life events on the same day, this might even be a raid day.

Here's a guide on how we'd like to see a situation like this handled.

At 18.45 it's ok to assume no officer will be showing up to do the invites.
At this time it's common to look to members either ranked Vanguard or Raider to step into action and start up invites.

The Basic what to do list for stand in raid leader(s) (feel free to have difrent people doing differet tasks):

- Note down the players who join the raid from the beginning

- Note down the players that join and leave during the raid (remember noting down the excact time)

- Note down who wins loot

- Note down penalties (not flasking, afk'ing etc)

This info can just be posted on the forums after the raid and an officer will add this to our DKP system asap.

To clear all doubt the raid leader and his assistents have supreme power and you will follow their orders.

We do however expect those people to follow our rules.

Any misbehaviour on both sides will be taken care off.
