|
Greetings Rigor Mortis
Personal information:

Relationship status: I am currently single
Basic character info:

/Played time in all: 45 days
/Played time on lvl 80: 42 days
Armory link: http://armory.wow-europe.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dunemaul&n=Verzahn
Link to a picture of your UI:
Do you believe you are geared for our current raiding level and are all your enchants and sockets up to date?
I Have every item enchanted, I believe i am gaered for the content you are raiding. I have almost only ilvl 232 and 245 items, 1 ilvl 226 chest and ilvl 213 back.
Guild history with reasons for leaving (include at least 1 year of guild history):
I was a paladin healer back in the days, playing in Agamaggan, in the guild Slashing. We did reasonably well for ourselves, clearing most of the content, we started on Naxx and cleared our way to Razuvious one time it was the furthest we had gotten, I was only there this one time. We called the raid then, it was 24:00 o'clock. I couldn't come the second raid day, So I was replaced, I shortly after ran out of Pre-paid game time and didn't get back on untill te launch of TBC, where I tried to start again, it was fun leveling and all, but for some reason I never really got into the raiding, I cleared Karazhan with them some two times and Gruul's lair too. But I was starting to fall out. Most of my friends were Horde and I wanted to play with them too. That was one of the reasons I quit. But I couldn't get myself to do it. The guild never cleared BT and people were starting to quit, the raid days were all the more un organized, and evertually, the guild split up. I couldn't be arsed to pay my play time afterwards, my account was comprimized and at last I could not retrieve it: So i didn't play more than that, untill just before the release of WotLK, I started a warlock here on Dunemaul and leveled him to level 69 before I bought the expansion and decided to roll the new class. Reaching level 80 I couldn't really find a guild, I decided to become a tank already when I started the character. I cleared Naxx 10 and 25 (Almost, didn't kill Thaddius) Then I went pretty too much inactive when Ulduar released, as I was not yet in a guild and no one was recruiting me. I was still playing and all, just not really raiding, untill I was trough some connections and an applycation, accepted into RSR and I only just got started in Uld before TOC came out. I was with them in te first 10man clear ^^ There weren't enough members to fill a 25man. Second time we tried we failed, this upset the raid leader, who left, and he was quite frankly the only Raid-Active officer at the time. This created great disoriantation, raids were poorly planned, and member started to fall of. I went too atlast. Ever since that I have been in and out of low-end guilds. All of my raiding has been pugged by mostly by myself and my brother.
Which days are you on average able to raid from 18.40 to 23 server time?
Monday: Mostly
Tuesday: Always
Wednesday: Mostly
Thursday: Mostly
Friday: Always
Saturday: Always
Sunday: Always
I can raid from 18:40 to 23:00 all these days. Mostly i can stay for a longer than 23:00
We do mainly raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday but at times we might add or remove days. (Examples: At Ulduar launch we raided 7 days per week etc.)
Thats sounds fine, i am always up for some extra raiding, especially if we are planning on clearing something and stuff.
Why do you have your current spec?
I have my current specs for differant bosses, Blood spec is mainly for caster bosses or bosses with bleed effects, such as Gormak the impaler. And Frost is mostly for hard hitters. Atleast that's what I intended when going with 2 tank speccs. Since blood has alot of self healing and frost has alot of dodge/parry. But dont hesitate to critisize.
What Glyphs are you using?
BloodGlyphs
Major: DS, D&D, Vampiric blood
Minor: Horn of Winter, Raise Dead, Pestilence
FrostGlyphs
Major: D&D, Obliterate, Unbreakable Armor
Minor: same as Blood
Raid experience:
Pre TBC: I cleared everything up to Razuvious in Naxxramas as a Paladin healer in Agamaggan.
TBC: Did not raid so much in TBC, i cleared Karazhan and Gruul's Lair as Paladin healer. I sold this account a while after.
WotLK: I have cleared Naxxramas 10 and 25. I held a break when Ulduar came out and started again 2 weeks before ToC came out. So i have not cleared that much in Ulduar. But ToC 10 is cleared, and toc 25 up to Anub' Arak.
Imagine this: You are on a regular 6 min fight where you can stand still and do your primary job for the entire fight (dps/heal/tank) - what rotation would you be using?
I would be starting with IT and PS, keeping the diseases up at all times then using Death Strike and Heart Strike when ever the runes are available and of course firing of Rune Strike every time it's available too. Then firing Death Coild every now and then to keep the Runic Power from reaching 100. Preferable I would place down D&D after my first rotation, as it does increase my TPS reasonably much.
Why do you want to join Rigor Mortis?
Ever since RSR stopped raiding I've wanted to get into it again, like the old days, but now I'm rolling tank, which I enjoy quite alot more. I would like to join RM because you are very progressful as far as i've seen, and some of my former RSRers are here now.
Why should we pick you and not someone else?
I'm funny in guild chat. Also very dedicated and I'll do my best to live up to your expectations.
I know all tactics to all bosses in Wotlk, so you dont need to explain anyting to me.
Sponsors in Rigor Mortis (people you know can vouch for you):
Bloodryne, he's one of the main reasons I wanna join here, he's a real fellow ^^ And Palame, he's sweet too.
Do you agree to the Rigor Mortis contract? *watch out on this one*
I do - I even printed out a copy to put on my nightstand.
Any last words?[/img]
Thanks for taking the time to read this, I do hope I get accepted.
If there is anything else you want to know, or if this information was not
sufficient, feel free to contact me in game or by mail at
rsmspetersen@gmail.com. I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards.

Explain http://www.dunemaul.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=17284
and my exp with this guy i have to say No and its a BIG NO FROM ME.
since i think his way of playing wow would get Rm some bad rep.
and srsly 17 years old, One thing for ya grow up dude... since you are the most un-mature person i have seen playing wow for a 17 year old. i would understand your play style if you were lets say 10-12 year.

Apply looks quite nice, you seem to have some knowledge of the game atleast.
Your rep, however, does not look as good...
Last I checked, the RM officers were quite careful with recruiting people with a bad rep.
And they should be! (molthaas anyone? ^^)
Anyway, just felt like trolling abit.
GL with app.

Let me guess this right.
As I read it:
You decided it could be fun to take all the items, leave raid, log off to then log back in after a bit and distribute the items? In a PUG? (that's your version/defense atleast, as I read it) _________________

So I read through his application and it looked really good. Then I started reading your Dunemaul.org topic...
No matter what you did you're still an idiot and you've probably screwed up your reputation.
In his defense he couldn't use any of the items he looted except for the Trophy.
But then I carried on looking... His brother is a troll mage who can use both DPS items that he looted.
You may have thought you were being funny and you may have logged back in and handed out the loot, although I really have my doubts after seeing who your brother was.
As far as I'm concerned it too late for you. Even if you are innocent or not, you screwed up your reputation either way. People will always be in doubt and I'm sure that most people seeing that screen shot will have it set in their minds that you're a ninja of note. Either way I don't think any of us are prepared to accept a player with your reputation and jeopardize our own guilds reputation.
Your chances are non existent now. Good application writing skills though. |

Agree with the above mentioned. Other than that there are two other things that concern me:
Firstly, there an inconsistency in your TBC story:
In guild history you comment on your TBC account
| Quote: | | I couldn't be arsed to pay my play time afterwards, my account was comprimized and at last I could not retrieve it: |
In the raid experience section you say this about your TBC account
| Quote: | | TBC: Did not raid so much in TBC, i cleared Karazhan and Gruul's Lair as Paladin healer. I sold this account a while after. |
Did you sell an account you could no longer access to someone? Please clarify.
Secondly, you seem to have a love/hate relationship with the game. Playing intensely for a while and then quitting all together. This would be a big liability by my standards. Having a good player is one thing. Having a good player you can also rely on is another thing all together. Needless to say, Rigor is looking for the latter one and I have big doubts about you fitting that profile. |

Verzahn, I'll give you one thing - it is a pretty good application.
However...
This little incident is a MAJOR minus in our books. What you did cannot be defended - it doesn't help to regret, and it just makes it worse to come up with bad excuses as "it was a practical joke" or "I disconnected", when everyone can see that, that wasn't funny at all, and that you left the raid group yourself.
Everyone's actions has consequences, whether you like it or not. Yours will have the consequence of you getting denied to Rigor Mortis. Best of luck somewhere else.

| I'm sure everyone would agree with me when I say; we don't care if the thread is deleted. We don't want people that do things like you did in our guild regardless of whether other people know about it or not. |
