I'm coming to a period where i will have lot of RL stuff to do so I'm guessing my attendance will drop. Atm I'm preparing my final exam and after that I'm moving back to Belgrade where i will have to find a job. All this means i will have to sacrifice my wow time in next month or maybe a bit more.
Ofc I can't predict how many raids i will miss but i guess it can be from attending all raids during week to showing for only 1. If officers decide I'll understand if i get demoted to non-raiding rank aka rm friend for next period since my attendance will be totally unpredictable. |

Well just wanted to update my status since when i joined raid today i saw that I'm RM friend now. Demotion haven't surprised me at all cause i have been quite inactive in last month.
I have finished with my exams in last week but on other side I'm still waiting for reply from company i applied for job. Until i get a reply i will have much more time for raiding and probably will be online for almost every raid but on other side i wont ask for promotion to soldier.
Reason is if i get accepted i wont be able to raid at all cause working time in that company is from 14h to 22h. If i get denied then i have some backup solution for my job where i should have normal working time 9h-17h and if that happens i will be ready to get back to normal raiding in which case ill ask for soldier rank again.
Until i have more clear situation on everything I will remain RM friend and will be online for raids, whenever i can, in case we need healers since we use to have less then needed from time to time. I'm ok with that when it comes to splitting loot that i will have lowest prio as rm friend since it is very possible that i will stop raiding at all in next 2 weeks... |

Well after a while, they finally phoned me and i got the job :) Though don't know if i should be happy or pissed since this means my raiding days are over for now.
I know that I'm going casual (though i always tended to be semi-casual, semi-hc player :) in bit hard moment for guild but this is something that i announced before and it isn't surprise at all. And from what i saw we have few new healers that looks promising so my absence wont be even noticed.
I'm starting to work at Tuesday and for next 3 months, while I'm on trial period, my working hours is from 14h-22h every day from Monday to Friday. Which means ill became only weekend player. After trial period we will see how it goes.
Ofc if it is possible i would like to stay in guild as friend since ppl that i enjoy playing wow most are in RM.
Just gonna wish you guys good luck with hard modes and hope guild will recover fast from recent leavings.

Software developer. Job will mostly be done in Java, though some script languages should be used for parsing some text/xml files. I'll see details when i start to work :)
Btw its some American company (http://www.vast.com), but programming team (slaves) are in Belgrade. They have some search engine, like google though not that general, this guys focus more on some categories like cars and real estates adds or something.
Thats why i work from 14h-22h so we are at same time at work as our American bosses (damn noobs!). But its nice payed and working conditions are really nice. |
