Guild history with reasons for leaving (include at least 1 year of guild history):
Iron edge, A long break resumed on WOTLK release after christmas. Fortis Phalanx, I left due to a very poor raid where they took alot of new members no ready check or tactics explained. Raid wiped twice in 2 easy quarters of naxx25 and I personally died 8 times members were failing to all trash groups. Officers left the raid this was accepted when I tried to leave as a raider status I was given abuse and -dkp. I felt rejected and left

We do mainly raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday but at times we might add or remove days. (Examples: pre Ulduar we raid Thursday and sometimes Sunday. At Ulduar launch we raid 7 days per week etc.)
Why do you have your current spec?
With 3.1, I'm finding best warlock dps spec to suite me and the raid. I have different gear to suite different spec's. I choose affliction spec because after reading alot of forums is still believed to be top on dps. I have played affliction alot and sometimes like variety. I have destruction aswell becuase I like seeing the big numbers come up. Either spec I am geared and play well with good dps in
What Glyphs are you using? I have been searching ah everyday for the new glyphs at reasonable prices and spamming the trade channel still waiting to get some of the latest.
Major: Affliction: shadowbolt, corruption, unstable affliction. Looking for new glyhs. Would have Haunt, lifetap, corruption
Destruction: incinerate, coflagerate, immolate. Maybe change immolate for chaosbolt new glyph, haven't been able to test for dps increase yet.
Minor:
Keep same for both spec, soulwell, drainsoul, underwaterbreathing
Raid experience:
Pre TBC: ALL
TBC: Not sunwell all bosses prior to sisters
WotLK:
Not sarth 3D and latest ulduar

I am dedicated I put alot of effort and time in, I'm friendly and I would like to help. I check the guild forum daily. I use all the mods (DBM, Omen, Recount, Warlock timers and dot mods, Shadow trance, 25%) and vent or mix which if needed can speak on
