That means we even need more effort on this if we compare to 10 man ...

We basically reduce the amount of healers and everybody have to avoid the avalanches especially dpsers who cannot heal themselves

Every single dps must do over 9k dps

Yes, but with all those buffs it will be easier.
But how to sort out the Storm Power? We've used to give it to the melee.
Will we keep doing that?
Also, how many healers do we wanna bring?

I think we could be a little more creative then let the melee move around like morons in this fight.
Obviously not all ranged are getting the 12k+ dmg done that Jonsaa does. And im pretty sure most melee classes can get 10k+ easily.

-Rogues/ferals cant build combopoints rotations on flash freezes
-Rogues can't dump aggro properly on tanks, if on adds
-Ranged can kill flash freezes way faster: no running, use of lights

So imo keep the highest ranged dpsers 100% on the boss.
The rest of the ranged should be on flash freezes too, so melee only has to kill the flash freezes close to the boss and have way more time on the boss that way

Or even try some melee dps 100% on the boss as well
They might not get the 15k potentially, but if a melee does more dps then a ranged on boss, i don't see why we shouldn't mix it up more

About the crit buff, we melee a lot, but before summer when we had 4-6 really strong caster dps we did give it to them for a while, just need mages to not pull agroo

First crit buff to tank and melee, secong hopefully to caster group, the bloodlust and pwn the shit down.
