Do you believe you are geared for our current raiding level and are all your enchants and sockets up to date?
I believe so yes, Im getting the rep I need with kirin tor for the head enchant tonight. Going to change the gem on my head to +12 Spell Power and 10 Spirit instead of +20 spirit.
Guild history with reasons for leaving (include at least 1 year of guild history):
I was a member of Abomination, but the guild kinda split up. then i joined NiA, its a norwegian guild, but they only raid normal 10 mans and the raids get cancelled very often because of too few sign ups. So I want to be in a guild that actually raids

We do mainly raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday but at times we might add or remove days. (Examples: At Ulduar launch we raided 7 days per week etc.)
Why do you have your current spec?
I got Dual Specc as Holy too  But I like shadow best because I dont got that much healing gear rly. I am shadow because im confotable with it and I like too play shadow

Pre TBC: Nothing
TBC: I was a shammy at lvl 70, but not very active. Went trough karazhan.
WotLK: Pretty much all of it. Have'nt been through whole Ulduar yet.
Imagine this: You are on a regular 6 min fight where you can stand still and do your primary job for the entire fight (dps/heal/tank) - what rotation would you be using?

Why do you want to join Rigor Mortis?
I want to be in a guild that know what they're doing and I want to raid some 25 mans. Tired of just raiding 10 mans with guild runs!

SW:D should only be used as a rotation filler or if you are moving, which pretty much means the glyph is useless. Get MF glyph instead, it allows for better positioning (wyrm phase in ToGC springs to my mind).
Your socketing is fucked. Get chaotic skyflare (21crit + 3% crit dmg) instead. Use the SP+spirit gems to meet the socketing requirement for the meta I mentioned.
Now, lets take your robe as an example. The spellpower you get from that socket is 12sp+3sp(gem)+5sp(socket bonus) = 20 sp. Why not just get a 23 sp gem instead? You would need a 8 sp socket bonus to ever justify using more then 2 blue gems. I mean, this is not even 5th grade math.
Get another profession than herbalism that will actually boost your dps.
Get Sons of Hodir exalted asap.
I hope you picked up your first trinket because of lack of better. And that was all.
